im looking for the constant power wire for the fuel pump. i want to run a light to my dash, that is why im looking for it..i checked the 4 wires and i dont get a constant, just the yellow wire with silver dots on it, which turns on with the car but then shuts off after pump is on...

 

Well, I'd only imagine that the fuel pump turns on with the car right? Why don't you hook it up to that one (ignition)?

 

yes but then it shuts off :dunno: i can only get power out of the yellow silver wire, then it shuts off when the pump turns on :dunno:

 

hmmm...I dont know. I've never done anything with the pump except install a 255lph
