I was wondering if anyone knows if this will fit on a 99 Honda Civic EX Coupe without doing any modifications?

yeah they'll probably fit, but that auction is missing the needed relay...

they should bolt up to stock place but require some modifications to wiring of the switch.

i've seen them on ebay but dont know if you can find any now, but other then ebay you could try like jdmhondaparts.com or websites that sell jdm stuff

i have 3.5 issues of reduancy with your title

and they will fit perfect but yeah no relay
