Default worth 6k

So a friend of mine is thinking about ditching the 02 SI that has him in debt and is looking at this.

the only thing that needs to be done is the engine harness needs to be installed.

So does it look/sound like its worth about 6 grand? Also what would you guess the compression ratio is?

1996 honda civic dx

Exterior:
Painted a custom Gunmetal Color off the 2003 cl typeS
2000 civic front end conversion
shaved doorhandles
rain gutters
key holes
side moldings
buddy club front bumper(also have stock 2000 ex bumper planed to put on just needs paint)
buddy club sides
rear buddy club bumper (needs to be replaced)
CTR replica wing

Suspension:
2000 gsr suspension
Front and rear disk brakes
2000 honda civic si master clynder and porportion valve

99 integra Ls Webs painted Gunmetal

yeah it's worth 6K... he can always part it out and get more money that way.

cool cool...I think it'd be a fun toy to play with...we'd change alot of stuff I am sure, he is already thinking ls/turbo

the wing has to go tho.

using the c-speed compression calculator , the compression comes out to 10.8:1 if the pistons are usdm. 11.3:1 if they're jdm.

the guy guessed about 11:1 so I would say they are the JDM ITR Pistons

he doesnt want something he can part out....he wants it as his toy/daily driver...us poor folks dont get the option of having those two things seperate.

i see, well, salvage title doesn't always mean the car is bad... take it for a test drive. take it on the freeway (for sure) see how smooth it is.

I dont think he's interested in anything with a salvaged title.

Wish I had the money, I'd take that anyday over my car.
