You'll have to go ghetto fab on it. Best getting a second gen harness and switching some plugs.

The B16's that went into the 5th gen's over in japan were 2nd gen OBDI b16's, therefore plug and play. I beleive the 1st gen B16's were pre-OBD, making wiring a pain.

so it is the first gen cuz it has the cable tranny, so what harness should i order, is there one that i could plug to the motor and splice where the plugs should be? im really sick of going in circles trying to wire this motor and im looking for something that plugs to the motor that i can splice connections instead of the plugs will this be at all possible?

Get an SiR-II harness and change the distributor and injectors on the engine to OBD-1 units. Work from there.

Injectors from any 92-95 B-series. 99-00 Si injectors are OBD-2 and will not plug up.

Distributor from any 92-95 B-series VTEC engine, 92-95 B-series non-VTEC can be made to fit with modification.
