Default Sidemarker Goof-up

Before you guys start raggin' on me, I know I'm a friggin nerd for screwing this up. I got my sidemarkers and installed them but now when I turn on the daylights they (the daylights) don't come on and when i signal both sides of the signal flash! What did I do wrong? I wired them up to the stock signals (the black, red and green wires). On my sidemarkers there is a black wire and two green ones so i put black to black and just hooked whatever to the others since they look the same. I guess they aren't actually the same or something, but I don't know. I don't feel like doing trial and error. Help from someone? Yes, I know I'm a screw up so don't remind me. :fawk:

That's how they are supposed to be wired. Except only one side should flash depending on the side you turn. You should wire from your front corner bulb.

Oh yeah that's the ticket! No man. I'm in school and have been doing nothing but work on my car lately and I'm tired and behind on homework. So, if I can get some help here then I would appreciate it. I knew there would be someone with nothing better to do than give me a hard time. I never said I wouldn't do trial and error, i just said i don't feel like it.

i guess the way that i read it made it sound like you don't want to work on it yourself. :dunno: trial and error is pretty much the only way i ever do things, unless they're specifically documented.

I was told they are OEM. I know that they are used Stanleys. Remember this is for an EK. Do I only need to have the ground and one other one hooked up?
