Default Some new additions (56k warning)

ok so heres how she used to look

now I originally was goin to keep the eyelids (**** off I liked them) but while I was in new orleans I saw another civic with its headlights painted to match the car and it looked really good, so I decided to take the lids off so you could see the lights better. as far as the mudflaps go I took them off like you all said and yes it does look better but now i get dirtier easier. and as far as the tails go I still haven't found any red/clear 99/01 tails for under 30 bucks so I decided to continue my DIY trip and do some more painting. and as far as the rims go well I was just gettin tired of em. so with out further ado...

and I also have some things still to do this week...

but of course next is the suspension and all but thats it for now.
bring on the compliments and complaints

oh and the rims in the old pics are for sale, the ad will be up in the for sale forum real soon.

oh and one last thing...wanna see what the sheraton parking garage in new orleans did to my car...

****in assholes. I'm tryin to get a cf hood out of em now though so it might have been worth it :fawk:

is it me or does that hood thing seem to be a common problem with civics? My hood on my car is buckled like that to because of how honda decided to put the hood holder at? I think that was the worst idea.

Im glad YOU like the headlights:thumbup: As far as the tails go, alot better than the original alsleezers. Drop that bish and get a lip.

If you think your gonna find some 99-00 civic tails for under 30 bucks, your crazy. Spend the extra money and make your car look that much better.

i like the new rims. are they 17's? they make the drums look really small (that's always looked funny to me). glad you're having fun with it all though.

the only problem I've had with my hood is from having only the one side support. After three years of having the car, when the hood is closed.. it doesn't match up completly on the right side. Sinks down a tiny bit more. It's not noticable... but you can tell if you look.

I'm thinkin about making a whole different system that hooks upto the front of the hood not the back end like that. Where I live the wind can start blowing pretty hard and if the hood is up and a wind comes along =\
