do anti roll kits improve highspeed driving or is it just really good for turns?

an eibach anti-roll kit is a sway bar (or two, depending on which kit you buy), mounting hardware and polyurethane endlink bushings.

used for turns. usually, you wouldn't have to worry about body roll when going straight.
