Default Big Fat Intakes

does anyone else have these?
you know the ones were the intake pipe is HUGE. i just got one for dirt cheap like 10 bux so i decided to put it on. it makes a huge difference on the low end but the high end i think might be turbulent cause it got a little slower on the top end. its cause of the 90 degree turn, any turn sharper than 15 degrees usually decreases power cause it slows the velocity. what is the best brand for the fat ones?

heres a pic of the one i put on, and of course its mugen gray now.

it still of course has to bottle neck, the "chamber" helps with low end since it doesnt have to suck as hard on the low end to get air.

the larger size to smaller size helps make a velocity stack.

since it's round it seems like it would have good velocity coming around that 90 degree turn, but i'm sure it does slow it down.

i sport the j's racing carbon fiber intake myself. good throttle response from other people, I get great throttle response but I also replaced the intake manifold and throttle body when i put the intake on.
