I have the Denji projectors for my EG hatchback. Yes, the low beam projector on mine are also cracked. I never figured out how it happened but it doesn't seem to effect light output. Although, I noticed they were cracked after only a couple months so who knows. POS's...time to slap the ole OEM back on.

the relays just make the option of having hi and low beams operate at the same time. i would believe the relays would cause the wires to burn more than running without them.
