Default Which Optima battery should I get?

I'm looking to replace the stock Honda battery that's in my ride for an Optima battery. I'm going to have a system installed tommorrow so I know the stock battery won't last long. Below are three Optima batteries I'm considering and their specs:

Yellow top (Honda spec):

Cranking amps - 625
Cold cranking amps - 500
Reserve - 70

Yellow top:

Cranking amps - 870
Cold cranking amps - 750
Reserve - 120

Red top:

Cranking amps - 980
Cold cranking amps - 800
Reserve - 110

BTW, what's the cranking amps, cold cranking amps, and reserve on a stock Honda battery?

I say ask the people who are going to install it for you, and if you and some friends are installing it, ask a car audio specialist. Tell them what is going in the car and I'm sure they'll help you out. I doubt anybody here is going to be able to help without knowing what you are putting in your car.

how are you fitting a regular sized battery in that slim battery slot in the car?
