Need ECU Help
K, so here's the latest news on the car. Bought and installed the ECU and front O2 Sensor. Found out from my shop that the bulb behind the check engine light was taken out. The car is still failing emissions because the HC levels are not goin down. Ordered and awaitin delivery of Random Tech Direct Bolt-on Cat convertor (By the way, the Guys at RT are awesome, Clay and Dave spent alot of time figuring out if I even needed a cat-convertor before selling me one.) Here's the list of other stuff that I need to fix after we get the emissions solved.
1) Replace A/C Compressor (Ordered and awaiting delivery) and Belts
2) Flush Tranny Fluid
3) Replace Lower Ball-Joints (Thank God they're individual pieces unlike my boy's Prelude which required a whole new knuckle.)
4) Replace Spark Plugs with NGK's, and wires with Bosch
5) Eventually replace the brakes.
6) Install and customize All Clear Tails into Half-Clear/Red or Black/Smoke
I also gotta replace the altternator on her current 91 Civic Dx HB
I'll keep everyone updated. Thanks for the support.

I got mine from mufflertech.com, they have an easier to remember URL: testpipe.com
It's a real carsound, REAL high-flow cat. I've ran it for 3-4 months, and it works like a charm, HOWEVER. I haven't gone for emmissions yet. And I'm running converted to OBD1, so I've eliminated my secondary O2 sensor location...
If I decide to plug in my OBD2 ecu, and sniff for codes, I'll share my experiences.
