theres actually any easier way i heard to do it without wiring anything. someone down here told me that all they did was shave down a terminal on the bulb then covered it with enamel or something. i dunno for sure but i'll let you know.

but the thing is, 96-98's had all 4 tail sections light up 1 filitment normal lights, 2 filiment when brakes are applied.
If I sanded down, or covered over one of the filiments, the inner tails would be half the brightness.
I had to run a power wire from the outter tails to the inner tails, and then splice it in properly. Wiring diagrams rule.
There was some game I played on PSII a while back, Midnight Runners or some shit like that. All the cars pretty much had just the outter tails on normal, but all 4 sections on under brake.
I figured it made total sense, since you reduce the amount of normal light, but once the brakes are applyed, its all there. I haven't been rear-ended since :dunno:
