It depends on whether your car is garaged often or not.

I do mine at least twice a year. Once after winter and once in the late fall early winter to protect the paint. You should also use a polish, glaze and if your paint is real bad a clay bar.

You don't want to use polish too often only to get out light scuffs and such.

how does the glaze work? do you put it on after you clay bar but before you wax? or do you wax then put it on? and should you do it in a low wind condition - sans dust. or whats the deal
