I dont know, what happend is that he got rear ended and he tried to fix it the cheapest way. He probably got the cheapest cause he didnt mention anything about a warranty.

DON'T GO TO MACCO! a friend of mine just had her 92 vw gulf done there and she paid $900 and they didn't do the door jams or under the hood, or under the gas plate. the did SOME body work but there were still dents. and they paited her new crome exhaust black. all in all macco sucks balls. instead of doing it right, they just put more coats of paint on and it's just soft.
