will i notice a diff in stopping if i get aftermarket pads and rotors but not callapers?

yes, i noticed a difference w/ just the AEM pads

i think i am gonna just get new pads and not rotors...i will spend the 200 for rotors on something diff

Don't bother with replacing the rotors. Believe it or not, standard blank brake rotors are very effective at what they do.

I would only replace the current rotors if they are not useable anymore. If they still work fine I would keep them.

If anything, go with brembo blanks from GBC.
