on some of the damage on my car. two big problems
1. ex keyed my car on the trunk (about the size of a baseball)
2. biiiig scratch on my bumper from when this woman hit me.

my friend works at a dealership, and the guy who does all the paint work there said only $300 for both. pretty great deal if you ask me. i'm not really worried about the color match either, he has a good reputation.

had my bumper and sideskirts repainted after, that was $100

my friend seems to think its a waste of money, but i don't.

 

crucial knows about that.

 

he did the prep work himself before hand, and I think knew a guy with a paint booth. Basiclly, he made a DIY project out of it.

yeah, my friend was a mech at the shop while the other guy did the body repair/paint. thats how i got it done for that much, i paid him $50 to shoot the paint/clear, but i did the bodywork and primer and sanding. paint was $150

 

not bad, not bad.

so this is still a good deal right? (i don't get as much of a hookup as you)

 

for that price, from a honda guy, yeah, id do it. i will never get a price like that again...
