um, if he thinks the d16 is fast and fun to drive, I think a B16 swap is more than he needs.
If he can get over the vtec-hype bandwagon, I think an LS b18a/b would put him a fun to drive car, without breaking the bank.
civics are slow.

Is he talking mph or kmh, cause my car can do 80kmh in 2nd gear no prob. But I know theres a big difference between mph and kmh and 80mph is 128kmh. If I did that in my civic I'd umm do some serious damage. this dudes a tool! heh
