Cat Conv. Same prob.. or new?
Alright.. so.. tomorrow.. I'm getting my new cat put on. Little under a month ago my CEL came on.. spitting out code P420... #67. Cat performance below normal... or something...
Anywho.. in the past week.. the exhaust system has gotten REALLY loud. No clanking or anything... just louder.
Does this sound like it could be related?

The Cat shouldn't be responsible for the noise level. The cat's job is for emissions. The muffler & resonators are responsible for keeping noise down.
