Default Very bad sound

Ok I need some help. After a hot day and if I turn the wheels sharply in one direction I get this really loud metal on metal scrapping sound. I checked the rims and tires for rubbing and there were no signs of that so I took the calipers and pads out and cleaned them. I had just painted the calipers and thought maybe the pads had gotten sticky. After I cleaned them the same thing happened. Could it be one of the springs in the caliper or am I just realy dumb and missing something here.

See if you dust sheild is scraping the back side of the rotor. I had my tires rotated last week and this sound started. So, I took the wheel off where the sound was coming from and there it was. The dust sheild had gotten bent somehow so I just bent it back and that was it.
