How do I take the stock e-brake handle off a 92 cx hatch???

 

Take a hammer and whack it off. Push come to Shove u will have to cut it off.

 

just saw off the handle vertically starting from the bottom to the top. Use high speed dremel with a round cutter. make sure you dont go deeper to the actual rod. cut the handle only, not the rod. it takes about 15mins. Did mine like that and it worked great.

 

Use a heat gun on it for 5 mins or less to melt the glue. Hit it with a vise-grip and twist. It's easy.
