is this lip a REAL mugen lip? and how can you tell?

it looks like it fits REAAAALL nice and its so damns exy. but then i saw another mugen lip... not sure if it was real or not either and the piece of plastic below the hole was longer.

anyway. that shit looks sick

the real mugen from what i saw- the holes are not there but instead of just impressions of holes.. like the sides of the oem bumper
