Just like the others said, the ticking noise is normal. I've had it on my car as well, but this was when the car was new and it still had the stock exhaust. Does it sound almost like a dripping/ticking noise?

it sounds like a ..... low pitched tick. really low pitched.

 

Maybe its leaking, mine started after i lowered it and i hit a speedbump. It scraped the whole time i was on the speedbump. After that it leaked all the time, with the car on and it leaked right when i turned it off. It sounds like a bag rustling.

I just bought a testpipe and took the cat out, it still scrapes some but not as much. Best of all no leaks!!!!!!
