Default CEL/MIL Jumper Location

I'm trying to find the connector to jumper to read the CEL/MIL codes on a '97 Civic EX. Says it's suposed to be blue connector under the glove box inside a green housing.

Is this correct? I'm not seeing it anywhere. Do I have to drop the glovebox to get to it?

Thanks

I think it's supposed to be on the side. On the passenger side, there is the door sills, and connecting to that to the right of it (if your standing outside and facing the inside of the car on passenger side) should be a piece of plastic that rides about 10" up that curve. Push it so it comes off the frame and you can reach under the carpet, then just look up inside that area and you'll see it. It's not really under the glove box, but more behind it to the right.
