Rattling noise

Default Rattling noise

Through some experience with my gf honda, the rattling is from the heat shield for the cat. Just wondering if I should take the time to fix it or just leave it. I can get pretty lazy.

I had the same problem but when I took mine off , I get alot of heat coming through the armrest / e brake area it's annoying.
