what the hell is a block girdle. I know what a block guard is.
I was reading up on b20vtec build ups and some guy recomended it. He said to use one off of a gsr or ITR

It is a part that replaces the crank main caps with a solid unit. Much stronger then just main caps alone. Z10 engineering makes one that bolts on: http://www.z10eng.com/products.cfm
