It would probably be faster without all that gay diamond-plate and cheesy rice stuck on it. Obviously weight control wasn't one of the design parameters. I'm sure they just did it to prove they could, not to make it fast--I mean hell, look at it.

Those other 2 hybrids are as hell though. I would crap my pants over either.

actually, i think s2000's are around 300lbs heavier than most civics; they're heavy for a small sportscar.
