six months here... I am in Manhattan Kansas where K state is and since I am active duty, combat arms in the army they say that I will get hired for sure

Looks like every other red hatch with black rims and a CF hood.
FBI = okay money
PD = mediocre money for the next 20 years.
<---------- EX military, ex cop, majored in CJ for two years and glad I saw the light.
Think bigger gents. If I would have stayed a cop I'd be making half what I make now. A close friend of mine is currently in the academy here in San Antonio and will be making 34k a year with a BA in CJ. But if that's what you want. Not worth the risk if you ask me. But it's about the only thing being in the army as a grunt will help you to be.
