Default One Piece Front End

Well, I just got done rolling my front fenders, installed a carbon fiber hood, new projector lights and clear corners, and a new vis battle z bumper 2 days ago. 30 minutes after I was done I wrecked the front end of the car. The insurance agent says it looks like its gonna be the other guys fault. So now I'm thinking of instead of replacing everything again, just getting a one piece front end. Who makes them? Any carbon fiber ones out there and who makes that? I've got an H22 on the way also. Should be here in 1 week. I also need to replace the radiator support now. I'm thinking the one piece will save me money and I can use that for some H22 bolt ons. Any drawbacks to doing this also?

In short, No. They can be modified, but it's not worth the bother.

One-peice front ends are typically for show/race use only. They have no light cut-outs or radiator cutout, they are just solid fibreglass. They use new hinges to flip forward, lots of hassle for a street car.

If you want to save money, buy stock parts. Fibreglass front ends usually run around $500-$600 plus shipping.

If you found one made completely out of CF, it would probably cost at least $2k. A simple, relitively flat hood by itself is already around $500.

I was gonna cut out holes for the intercooler and for headlights. I found one place that sells a carbon fiber one for $900 + shipping. I think that I am gonna go with the fiberglass one though because its gonna be easier to work with.

i think it would be dumb to get one for anything other than a track only car.

i personaly think that the headlights will fit like complete shit.. but if done correctly.. by a shop.. it could look VERY cool.. i personaly LOVE one piece fronts.. but never thought about them due to daily driving issues.. if you actualy went through with it then PLEASE post pics..

do NOT buy a $900 c/f front.. some of the nicest HOODS ALONE cost in that range.. so a whole fron that is only 900 would PROBABLY fit like complete shit..
