I am looking to buy someone's SRS Control Unit and Harness, but am wondering if used equipment (airbag goes off) effects the control unit in anyway. I read that there is a code 10-1 that is basically to replace a Control unit code, does anyone know if the airbags go off u must replace the control unit too?

I've got one for a 93 del sol. Same as the 5th gens with just a driver's side bag... Hit me up if you need it. As far as codes, can't hlp you man...

 

i have heard that those units are a one time use sorta deal so my best advise is check with honda cause if they are then they are really easy to repace

 

Yeah, they are a one time deal. It needs to be replaced.
