i got it off ebay. the guy said it would fit an SI and since he was from canada i thought he was talking about the canadian SI which is the USDM EX. guess he was talking about the USDM ones. dammit.
they go for 250 easy on ebay. i hope there is a way that i can use it. it says for honda it fits a (eg6)B16A,(dc2 a/t)B18C and (RA1/2)F22b.

yes its an ignition timing controller, you can advance or retard ignition timing by rpm activation.
