what to examine on used tranny?
I'm getting two 98 ex trannies for 50 bucks each and need to know how to examine them for any bad signs of damage or wear?
i know to check if the housing is cracked and metal pieces rattling lol but anything i should specifically look at?

Only way you can really tell is if you open the bish up. And I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you know what your doing. Tons of ****in parts in there.... I wouldn't touch it.
And for 50 bucks I wouldn't complain.....
