That's a 13c. The seller's got all kinds of misinformation in his description. It has a 5CM housing and will spool like a mad dog. It's good for about 9 PSI, if you don't have internals yet, this would be a great non-laggy turbo for a sub-2.0L engine. If you decided later you wanted to go for more flow, you could bolt a 14b or 16g in its place without modification, but those turbos will lag more than this one will.
There's a guy that makes a turbo adapter flange for a CRX exhaust manifold to this bolt pattern... Do you want me to dig up that link?
