Default wheels to widee

i have a 92 hatch cx and i got 17 inch rims......i think they are too wide cuz when i turn too fast or hit bumps my wheel wells digg into the tire and slice them up, what do u think i should do, i cant sell them i will lose toooo much money

First of all, why the hell would you put 17s on a hatch :slap:, second its not like you can go that fast with a cx. But if you really want to keep them get a camber kit and camber your wheels. :werd:

shut the **** up man doesnt mean if its a cx its slow ive seen cars just like mine run 11s... and yes mine is slow but i have a gsr motor waiting for me ====)))

Hey, I totally understand your problem... I believe having the fenders rolled will correct it... Apart from my tires being chewed up (which i dont care too much about) the tires actually kick up small rocks onto the body of the car which sucks! You could always take corners slower and turn with caution... how low are you?

My old 17" ( 40 offset ) used to rub. The main spot was the mounting point for the wheelwell liner. Once i bent that up, it was better(best was whe i had the whole lip rolled).

I had similar problems with my Integra.
