NH is the same way, exhaust is illegal if it is anything besides oem. and supposedly cops are cracking down this summer here so I bought the Apexi WS.

Hey, I'm selling an RSR, and even my friend who isn't a car guy could tell it was quieter than stock.

sorry about the bullshit VA laws man.

I just don't personally like loud exhausts.

And if it can't be louder than oem, how do they prove that. They would need a db rating taken by some sort of professional, of the oem exhaust of your same year/model car.

sounds BS to me. Take it to court have it waived, they're ****ing with your livelyhood, that's ****ing foul.

but i keep hearing about ApeXi WS. is it that good
how does it sound in comparison to Thermal Stealth?
anyone know?
please let me know. cause APEXi is like $70 cheaper, but i want the Better sound and better HP gains *all of 2-3 hp hahaha*

RS*R or the Apex WS, I have the WS and if I stand behind my car and have my friend hit the throttle, I hear the motor louder than I hear the exhaust. If you want a truely incognito muffler, get the ES Oval, looks stock except the pipe diameter, very undercover.
