Anyone bought anything out there. Reminds me of thepartstrader.com and I got jipped out there so I'm nervous...

Thoughts? Comments? Experiences?

Thanks!

I would never buy anything from partstrader, etc, if it wasn't picked up

I've bought a few things off hondaclassifieds.com. Bought a "complete" teg brake booster and MC, turned out the MC didn't have a cap ($50 from acura). Bought a four wheel integra disk conversion, turns out one of the trailing arms was from a DB integra rather than a '94+ one-- I had already removed the stock bushings and found that my ES ones wouldn't fit into one trailing arm, while the car was in peices I had to pay out the ass to overnight the right one from Jerome Soh. (sohfast.com--expensive but good, a little slow on communication tho). I hear of people getting ripped off all the time on hondaclassifieds. A good place to browse, a bad place to buy. Also, steer clear of a guy named Chris Jew, some broad claiming to sell her boyfreind's engines, etc..

:edit: oh yeah, I also bought integra rear control arms, turns out when they were shipped they were civic ones. I emailed the dude and said, "wtf, i need to mount swaybars" and he said, "well theyre really teg ones, I just filled in the holes for my 'trick suspension setup'," I was like "...right, theyre not even remotely the same shape." --He ended up giving me my money back, but I have never had a smooth transaction on hondaclassifieds.com

THe selection isn't as good, but I'd feel much more comfortable buying from the FS/t/wtb forum here on HAN... At least there's some element of accountability. And on ebay, at least you can check their feedback.

I sure will.

white_n_slow: thanks for the info man. The place really didn't give me a good feeling, but I thought I'd ask about it. Same thing with parts trader. The OG crew remebers my getting totally screwed out there when I bought my motor.. dam that sucked. :wtc:

Anyway, thanks again everyone for the comments. Anyone have a good experience??

I checked all the fuses there fine all my ground wires good now one ? i still have the 2.0 ecu in there if i changed the motor should i change the ecu as well and put the ecu for the motor i put in? would that shut off the spark? What about the main relay could that be a problem also? does a 90 prelude have crank position sensor that may be bad and cut off the spark can someone give me any ideas
