but my intake manifold i was thinking red?... i have


Crome vavle cover....crome strut bar...red intake...red fuel rail...crome header...and littel things that i got cromed



ill have pics when i come back from FL but i wanted to know
Should i paint it red? and if so i have 2 extra cans of caliper paint ..which i think is also high temp paint so would that work or no?

i think it would be pointless. i forget whos engine that is in the pic, but he had a lot of time on his hands and the engine out of his car, so i can see why he did it. but color matching everything would be :ghey:

ok so just buy a new crome one? i think its alot of crome tho?

I think painting it red (or any color other than silver) would look tacky...but go for what you want. Part of the fun is experimenting with things if you have the time.

When I had my engine out, I actually thought about taking a dremel and a polishing wheel to it. Of course, I would never have time for something like that so I just dropped it in looking nice and ooglay.

yea thanks for the info... im not painting it... i was thinking about it but it would be easyer for me just to buy the crome one
