Default Turbo or h22

My friend could get me an h22a for dirt cheap and i was considering swapping it into my civic ex. The swap would be a pain but it'd definately get me a lot more power and torque. Or should i just turbocharge my sohc engine? Let me know what you guys think.

depends on if you want a crazy fast car or just a fast car. H22 usually means no more p/s and a/c unless you want to take the time to fab. You can get into the 13's on a boosted sohc stock internals, you'd do about a mid to high 13 with the h22/boltons

i saw a fully built h22 with a T60 something series turbo on it, i mean that sucker was as big as a freaking grapefruit if not bigger i bet you'd have some major traction issues though.

major traction issues? do the tires spin a lot when you try to start or something?
