I'd do a b20b/z with an Ls intake in my car in a second. Torque out the ass! Screw the vtec head!:naughty: maybe throw a turbo on later!

vtec isn't anything to write home about compared to the ability to boost! And who wants hp when you can have torque? Wait, it's a honda, it'll never have torque... But you know what I mean.

I'm workin on a turbo setup for my other sol, and once I buy the hondata ecu, all I need are some lines for coolant and oil, and a down pipe. Total I've spent so far on it, less than 200. I have a buddy that works in a machine shop, so he made the flange to bolt the turbo up to a 5th gen cx manifold for me for free. Another friend and I replaced the head gasket on his brothers car when it blew this winter, so it all comes full circle. We got the T3 off of an XR4Ti for 25 bucks, my buddy had the boost gauge laying around from his old car (never used it), some DSM 450cc injectors, resistor box, etc. It's cheaper than you think. Too bad it's taking me forever to get all the parts together. That, and keeping my daily driver workin right! She's a bit tempermental.

You got some balls there. I don't even have to courage to install a premade kit by myself.

After doing about 15 swaps, you tend to get your courage up. lol, in a few weeks, my daily driver is getting a 10lb flywheel. That'll be fun as hell!
