Default HID swap

has anyone tried to take the HID kit off of a car and put it on there civic. I wan to get it off of a car in the junkyard
What all do i need
which car did you get it off of

i believe maxboost has some retrofitted bmw HIDs in his projector style headlights, PM him if he doesnt post here

Installation could be easy or very difficult.
Depending on the cars involved, yours and the donor's... depending on what you would like to do...

Let me know and I'll be willing to help, so long as the HID's you have or will get are LEGIT and are from a car that was WILLING to let them go.

I have a 2000 civic and have a hid kit that i got from a totaled maxima and want to put them into my car i have fit the bulb into my head light already but have troble on how or witch wire to splice into on my stock harness please email me or write back...thanks...

When you are at the main civic page there is a blue button on the top left hand corner that says "New Thread" PLEASE click that and start a new thread about your question if you want help. I know nothing about HIDs so I can not help but if YOU start a thread about it someone will help you.

If you learn both, you will not need to post the same garbage in multiple threads on multiple websites wasting our time and the site owners bandwidth. You really need to try helping yourself first.

I have no problem spending time helping people. The problem is that you make no effort to do the research on your own. I can't help someone that does not want to learn.
