Default Question about new rims

Ok,
Let me know what you think of my new rims. So I did expect a little more of a rough ride on the 16" rims. Although, now when I go over 60mph, sometimes the steering wheel shudders/ vibrates. It comes and goes, but when I get to 65+ it gets worse. I let go of the steering wheel and I don't drift. Does anyone know what I should be asking the installer about? Do you think I need an alignment or just have him rebalance them?
Thanks for your help. I am new to the brand of tire, so I have Toyo Proxes ZR 205/45/16. Are those good? Sorry for being a noob. BTW they are gunmetal spokes with the polished lip. Thanks for your help!

Bad pics but i bet they look better in person. 45 series look a little tall but a drop will fix the look. Toyos are okay but I don't like them because they wear quickly. good start though, what brand rims are they?
