1999-2000 Honda Civic Si is supposed to run mid 15s. Intake and exhaust might be 15.4

14.6, no way. There are two JRSC SI's that pair up all the time and they both run mid to high 14's. But there are those freaks of nature that come out of the factory with more HP. I saw a hatch DX or VX (can't remember) dyno at about 105HP to the wheels bone stock. Pretty good since fly wheel HP was supposed to have been like 80HP or somthing according to the owner. He was excited to say the least.
14.6 does seem a bit low for other than bolt on stock Civic Si. But with perfect weather (60F 0% humidity) and a nice launch I can't say it's impossible. I have seen some freaky shit in the past 15 years.
