Didn't someone post a pic of a license plate bracket that held the plate and an angle (but in its original location). I believe it was a pic of a yellow EG hatch.

A good DIY man....save yourself the money and drill it as Cashis EG8 said 
I used small 24 gauge wire to fasten mine to my grill. You could drill some small holes in the plastic and do it that way. Can't even see the wire man!!!
