Greddy and Drag III both make a turbo kit for your SI ($3,000+). That leaves you $2,000 to find a reasonable EMS plus some dyno time, as well as upgrade the rest of your car to handle the added power (Limited-slip comes to mind). The stock internals can handle the stock boost, so no need to upgrade your internals if you can hold back cranking up the boost.

haha dang 15.9 with light mods @ 88...you're like in the bolton civic EX range. I'd say get a REVHARD kit or take that 5 grand and go to racing school

 

you have 5k to spend you can build a fast all motor si with that. just about every body is turbo charging there car now a days. you want cheap power i say nitrous. you . if you want power all the time i say turbo or super charger. if you want relable power i say tuned all motor that you can take pride in spanking some turbo cars ass with. but thats just my opinion its your car do whatever you want

 

haha he could spend 5k on his car all motor and maybe get 220 whp if he's lucky or he could spend 5k and probably get close to 300 whp. You can't beat FI buck for buck

You got any more info on turbos? its very interesting, and while i dont really have too much money, I think with a lot of planning and bargain hunting, it may be feasible

 

so your one of those e-thug kids huh? iwas just giving my opinion , and i could careless about you doing your ricer flyby in your turbo sohc, cause it takes a turbo to make your car fast. not everybody is into turbo's. and all i was saying is it would be more impressive for him to be fast all-motor.
