I have replaced the starter but amd still only getting clicking when trying to start

Does jumping it with jumper cables help?

no jumping it dosent work. replaced the battery and the starter...still wont crank over

So it does crank? Have you checked spark?

Sounds like my problem back long ago. the earlier 90s Civic had problems with the main relay. The copper wire in it breaks and expands when the weather gets warmer so the contacts do not touch. As the car cools down the copper wire contracts and makes contact making the car easier to start.

yes has gas
no it dosen't crank over.

i had the same problem but was related to a loose battery terminal connection
