Default Wings West ?'s

For the people that have a Wings west body kit...
I know that they fit very well but how easy are they to install?
when i called one of the shops and they said around $1,000 for the install, painting, and the finish. I was like :madfawk: and i wanted to install it myself ( if i could ) and save some money.

I have the Wings West W type body kit. thats the front lip, rear skirt and side skirts. It was very easy to put on. I did it all myself in about an hour tops.
I did pay 700 to get it painted though.

when you get the pieces simply put them on the car. check everything out for fitment etc. I personally used silicon to glue my stuff on so it wouldn't come right off and still fit snug.

take it all off and bring it in as pieces to get painted. 600 max for any kit with proper flexing agent in the paint.

bring stuff home and get to gluing.

no prob. the trick is to talk to give them pieces and deal with one individual. let him keep it a couple days and do it on the side.

also if you pay cold hard cash you can usually get it a little cheaper cause they don't have to take out taxes.
