whats the differences between the USDM 99-00 Si Grill and the JDM EK CTR grill offered on Options Auto?

do they look the same? I am asking all this because i am putting a 99-00 front on my 98 civic and I need to buy a grill...what the difference in look/price/etc...thats all...not really trying to be JDM or anything
