What are the best ones to get that put out the most light, I want hid like output but not from shitty blue tinted bulbs without having to convert to hid.

Do you want street legal lighting? If so, then stick to clear "30%" bulbs...they usually have "Whiter and Brighter" and "30% brighter" (or whatever percent) on the packaging. GE has "HiOutput" signified by 9003HO and Sylvania has Xtravision. I think Philips calls their bulbs "Hi Visibility" or something like that.

Add a set of auxiliary lights to complete the mix.
