I am not going to paint the spoiler. I personally like the way cf looks and could have bought a fiberglass spoiler if i wanted to paint it.

Hey guys, check out my ride. Just got all the black parts painted. Type R spoiler was installed quite a while ago though. I just truly love my car now that it's all in one colour. What do you think TXHatch? You should get yours painted as well, it would look cool.

I'll post more in the MY CAR PICS thread or whatever it's called.

first of all, why would you take the engine out of your "si" and put it in a hatch. keep the si and work on it. second, it would be pointless to leave a design in a cf hood. a) it would look bad. b) i dont think he cares if people know or not. c) takes away the sleeper effect
just a thought

Wow, I can't believe these pics got people into wanting a hatch. All things can be made beautiful if you can look beyond the ugliness.

Thanks guys for compliemtns and for the advice on getting a lip. My brother said I should get one too. Btw, you can't see it in the picture but I put on a home made mesh into the grille that I bought from Home Depot. I fastened with those plastic fasteners so it looks unprofessional in a way. I'll redo it sometimes when I take the bumper and use something silver to tie it together.

For the paint job, my father kindly did himself as he's a mechanic and autobody specialist. He use to have a shop but now he's retired and works at home in our garage. Its great I don't have to pay someone outside to do it. It would have cost a couple hundred Cdn I would say.
