I have a 93 hatch and just recently installed H&R race springs with Tokico blues. The front feels good but the back keeps on making clicking noises and occassionally loud bangs. I know this subject has been beaten to death but I still haven't found the right answer so any help would be appreciated.

-Yes I cut the bump stops (cut off 75%)

-The springs say their for 94-00 integras (the guy at the shop said that they're the exact same thing and that i need them because of Im swaping in a B18c next week)

-I didn't use any lubracant and don't know where/why it would be neccessary

smooth bumps are fine but any roughness or imperfections are so annoying

Please Give me your input

 

have you taken a close look? maybe theyre not sitting right on the perches, or maybe when all load is taken off of them (like when the back end bounces over a big bump) they loose contact with the damper mounting base (at the top of the spring) and flop out.... :dunno:

 

I have a feeling your right because I had to twist the strut-spring assembly to fit in the bolt when installing it
