yep, I am absolutely positive it is. I chose that color by number and I work at a Honda dealer so i know it's the right one (not that working at Honda makes me special). Here, see if this pic helps.

Quite right...as stock, every single 93-95 model had AUX lights, and every single 96-97 model had no AUX lights. Trust me, I have the sales brochures for all five years of production.
